Meaning
Summary :        This devotional composition is dedicated to Lord Poornathrayeesha (manifestation of Lord Vishnu / Santhana Gopalamoorthy), the presiding deity of the ancient and renowned temple at Tripunithura Lord Poornathrayeesha of Thripunithura, (revered poetically as Vedapuri), Kerala. The verses express complete surrender (sharanagati), declaring that worldly relations, kin, and earthly masters are fleeting, leaving the lotus-garlanded Lord of Thrippunithura as the devotee's only constant sanctuary. Transcending desires for heaven or fears of hell and mortal rebirth, the singer seeks perpetual immersion in the chanting of the Lord's holy names and implores the lotus-eyed Narayana to absorb the soul entirely into His sacred lotus feet.

Pallavi : O Lord Poornathrayeesha, renowned across the entire earth and residing at the holy town of Thrippunithura, who loves garlands of fresh lotus blossoms, O supreme Shauri!

Charanam-1 : I have no relatives or close kin of my own, nor do I have any earthly master; Lord Poornathrayeesha alone is my eternal refuge every single day. Please shower Your compassion, O Lord of Sri (Sreepathi), and reveal a path so that this earthly lifetime may be spent solely in continuous remembrance and chanting of Your sacred names.

Charanam-2 : Transcending the notions of hell, heaven, and the repetitive cycle of birth and death, please unite and surrender everything at Your lotus feet, O Sovereign Lord! Glory to Narayana, glory to the lotus-eyed Lord, glory to Lord Poornathrayeesha who gracefully abides in the sacred Vedic abode of Vedapuri!
