Summary :     This classical devotional composition is dedicated to Lord Krishna, venerating Him as the enchanting charmer of the entire cosmos and the very embodiment of supreme transcendental bliss (paramananda). Extolling His divine beauty, sweet smile, moon-like face, curling locks, jingling anklets, and radiant swaying earrings, the verses depict His joyful childhood pastimes in Vrindavan and Gokula as the darling son of Devaki-Vasudeva and Yashoda-Nanda. The hymn portrays Him dancing ecstatically, vanquishing demonic adversaries, protecting the meek and distressed, and sheltering His surrendered devotee.
